Mmmm…Avocado!! Yummy!!! Have it raw, have it with chips, use it to make fudge or brownies….The possibilities are endless.
But don’t throw away the seed.
Use the avocado seed as a localized stress reliever.
Simply rinse and dry the avocado ball (try not to break it while cutting the avocado open). Place the ball under your palm and roll back and forth on your back or soles of your feet while applying pressure to get rid of knots or aching muscles 🙂
