Tip Tuesday: Rice + Socks = Instant Hot/Cold compress

Stop spending money trying to buy hot / cold packs and sprays to soothe aching or inflamed areas. You have home remedies at your disposal that work just as well.

Washed (Clean) Sock + Some uncooked rice  (or any uncooked grain) + Refrigerate 20 mins / Microwave 30-35sec = Instant cold / warm compress to soothe localized sore spots on your body.

Best part of this is you can always cook the grain used (after soaking in warm water to clean it out).
