Friendly Friday: Art Unexpected…Woman Sculpture Made Entirely From Recycled Flowers

I decided to share this image of a woman made entirely from recycled flowers as part of ‘Global Recycling Day’ by the Global Recycling Foundation.

Global Recycling Day was created to celebrate the importance that recycling plays in preserving the earth’s primary resources, including water, air, coal, oil, natural gas and minerals. Aiming to bring people together and champion ways to put the planet first, Global Recycling Day highlights the need to consider recyclable materials as resources rather than waste.

Do your part and recycle 🙂

That is amazing! I’m guessing its not real flowers? That would be even more amazing. Even made from silk flowers, it’s jaw dropping. I think it looks better than anything I’d put on my hat/clothes/bathroom or where ever they’d normally go.
    Thanks for sharing! – Sandy

    1. Those are real flowers 🙂 There was an event apparently, and someone used all the left over blossoms to create this. Unfortunately it dried out and they had to toss it but I got a pic before that 😀
